I hate being pressured when I look for a vehicle and this young man was so kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable that I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking to purchase a new car. This is the sixth time in my life that I have purchased a new vehicle and it was, without question, the best experience I have ever had -- not even a contest. Damian made me feel so relaxed and at home with his calm and friendly demeanor. He had wonderful things to say about everyone he works with at the dealership, and all the other gentlemen I had the pleasure of dealing with were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had such a good time buying a new car! The dealership had no other customers the day I arrived, the weather was very bad, and my mother said we were going to get attacked before we even got out of our vehicle -- but that was not the case. This dealership has a much more relaxed atmosphere and you feel like they actually care about making you happy. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place and the phenomenal customer service they provided! More

I sat in a 2019 Equinox at my husband Larry's insistence and fell in love with the much better visibility. Larry bought a 2017 Colorado from your dealership and Both Dave and Guy were extremely helpful in finding exactly what he wanted. Well we talked to Dave about the Equinox that I was interested in and found that one was available in the Villa park facility. We left our house at 10:30 in the morning and were home by 2:45 with the brand new car we wanted. Dave and Damien were super. Made us feel at home. We have purchased vehicles from your dealership before and will gladly do so in the future. We look forward to a continuing long relationship with this dealer... Many thanks Donna More

Damian was the first person to introduce himself outside and coached me through 1st, 2nd and 3 gear in a Cruze. The experience felt less like driver's ed and more like an older sibling showing me the ropes. I returned next day dreaming driving home in a Subaru WRX. Long story short, Manager Ed Finn got me out of a hatchback with a CVT and in to the same manual transmission I test drove. If it weren't for Michael, another sales team associate, I would've returned home never knowing how fun and engaging a stick shift feels like. Walking into Castle Chevrolet (with a budget) results in guaranteed peace of mind. Thanks to the manual transmission, my face always has a smile on the road. My purchase feels like a Ford Model T when traffic lights start green, but it has a turbo like the WRX. The sales staff knew exactly how to sell the Cruze to me. I'm glad that Castle Chevy sold their Mustang before my visit. Rear wheel drive doesn't belong in or near the "snow belt" especially in the hands of an intermediate "stick" driver. More

He walked me through every step of the buying process and every part of my new car (I’m not very car savvy). He even answered questions over text that I had while I was preparing to buy the car. The manager Dave Lasher very also very respectful and helpful with the entire process. They have a wonderful team over there. More
