I even called all the dealerships in the area and Frank was the only one who didn't try to play games.) No pressure, no haggling, no hassle. I came in with high expectations and Frank not only met, but far exceeded those expectations. I was in and out in under two hours, and that included a trade-in! Frank will be my first (and only) call when my husband is ready for a new car in the future. I have no hesitation in giving him my very highest recommendation. More

Super laid back and easy to work through! My dealer Frank had figured everything out in a few quick seconds. The insurance was the biggest issue. I am a customer experience executive, and am always looking for top notch service, which is why I returned to Frank. Over the last 6 months I've been in contact with Frank looking for a new car. He's sent me several listings and was very patient as I gave feedback on what I did and didn't like. On Tuesday he text me a beautiful car, in my price range with a quick turn around. We arrived at the dealership at 7:15, the car was prepped to test drive and absolutely beautiful. We were in and out in under two hours and the process with Frank and Damian was flawless. Excellent Customer service! Adam Kaper, met us coming into the dealership and guided us through all the steps of purchasing a Honda. He really knew the cars and listened to what we wanted and helped us from there. When we purchased the car, we dealt with Damian Capacchione who was so prepared and ready with the necessary papers for us to sign while explaining all of them and answering our questions. Also, Adam called us several times to check on how we were doing with our new vehicle and answered our questions... I would not hesitate to go back again to purchase a vehicle.
