The experience was good customer service. I liked that we did everything over the phone after I filled out the application on line. Dalton was wonderful. I got approved quickly. I did have I liked that we did everything over the phone after I filled out the application on line. Dalton was wonderful. I got approved quickly. I did have to wait to sign papers. The finance person had me signed the wrong papers. They had to FedEx me the correct papers to sign. Other than that. My experience was good. More

The service was excellent..especially the service manager The service manager showed me the damaged areas in the condenser..showed me how they replaced the part..furnished transportation to and from my house.
