Took my truck in on a Tuesday, I called Wednesday to see what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service department apologizing for the wait and then explained my truck was done! Would have liked to have seen the old parts but didn’t want to spend any more time there, waited at least 20 minutes to speak to the service person. More

I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it? I took my fore focus to check on some transmission hesitation and rear brake light is off, and the associate said we’re going to do a diagnostic and see what’s wrong. If it’s something under warranty hesitation and rear brake light is off, and the associate said we’re going to do a diagnostic and see what’s wrong. If it’s something under warranty then, we can order parts and fix it under your dealership warranty and I agreed. But he didn’t mention that there’s a $60 charge for that. They didn’t find any issues with my car which is a good thing, but they charged me $60 for diagnostics. When I asked for what’s wrong with the brake light, he said it’s not the bulb, so we have to do another diagnostic and hook it up to the computer to see where that is coming from ? Seriously? Is this how your service looks like? I never owned a Ford and first time visiting this dealership, but I definitely am never going back. More
