We chose Crown Honda to purchase a new CR-V Hybrid and Dali was the primary salesperson that we worked with. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted did not meet our need to tow our kayaks so our decision not to purchase it had to do with USofA Honda warranty policies rather than anything that would reflect on Dali. Even after the deal was aborted, Dali called, personally, to make sure that our deposit monies were refunded properly. More
