Found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a car in a pinch. After discovering the Subaru dealership nearest me didn’t have crosstreks available in stock, I reached out to Elk Grove Subaru even thro in a pinch. After discovering the Subaru dealership nearest me didn’t have crosstreks available in stock, I reached out to Elk Grove Subaru even through it was a significantly further drive. I let Curtis know that I was coming from out of town, and also on vacation while car shopping. He made car shopping and buying a breeze— we had most of our interactions through text message at my request and because of Curtis’ rapid communication and desire to help me, my car was picked out, payments negotiated and situated, and finance applications started before I even stepped foot on the lot. When I arrived my car was out front, Curtis was ready to help me get my financials sorted and on my way. So appreciated working with Curtis and Elk Grove Subaru to make this the easiest process possible for my first car buying experience! More

After perusing the Internet on the Forester Sport, Curtis Jare called my wife and invited us to test drive the car. After the test drive, we went into his office, and negotiated what we wanted in terms of the price, equipment, and overall purchasing details. It was at this junction whereby both Curtis, and us (mainly my wife) finalized a deal that was satisfactory for all parties involved. Curtis is a great salesman, but I feel my wife was also able to show her finesse because her forte was as a financial planner prior to retiring from the banking industry years ago. In sum, Mr. Curtis Jare gave my wife and I a superb purchasing experience, and we are happy with our Forester Sport.
