Service rep helped setup my appointment (I wasn't having luck using your online service). The service rep was helpful the day I came in. Setup additional tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment online to have the oil changed, tires rotated and 3rd tail light replaced. Unfortunately they didn't order the tail light until I came in for my service appointment, resul changed, tires rotated and 3rd tail light replaced.
