I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. NO-PRESSURE, HASSLE-FREE AUTO SALE! I had seen good reports about the Subaru Forester and have been thinking of getting a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Decided on the spur of the moment as I w I had seen good reports about the Subaru Forester and have been thinking of getting a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Decided on the spur of the moment as I was driving by to stop in at Tucson Subaru and take the Forester for a test drive. I had NO intention of buying yet. Didn't even have my checkbook and pink slip with me. Curt couldn't have been easier to work with. No pressure at all--a welcome change from previous car-buying experiences. He thoroughly explained all the features and I took a test drive. Loved the car. I found myself thinking that if the price was right I might just go ahead and buy it, but I was trying to figure out how I could get him to hold it until I dashed home to get the checkbook and title. The price was right hassle-free and I was ready to sign, but I explained I didn't have everything with me. "No problem! Just bring everything tomorrow!" I was astonished. Then Curt referred me to Tim, who was simply a delight to work with. Signing lots of papers is never fun and since I'm an attorney I have to actually read everything. But Tim was patient and good-natured and it didn't feel onerous at all. I still couldn't believe I could drive home in my beautiful new Subaru without actually paying a penny! (I'm on my way there in a few minutes to take care of that.) I'm sensitive about being patronized as a not-so-young female car buyer, and I never felt that way at any moment. My overall experience was very positive and I will recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a car. More

I had no previous experience with Suburu, and I was wowed by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would give me a list price on a specific car. Curt was so easy to work with, and we found the car I bought within just a few minutes of my arrival. He explained all the terms to me clearly and took my deposit, with the understanding that I'd return for the final paperwork and pick up the car after I'd had money transferred into my checking account. The whole transaction took only a little over an hour. When I returned yesterday to pick up and car, Traci walked me through all the paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly. She answered my questions, and when we were finished, she turned me back over to Curt, who gave me a quick review of all the buttons and features, programmed my gate opener into the car for me, and sent me on my way with a bouquet of roses. I remain amazed at how little time the whole process took and how skilled and efficient both Curt and Traci are--two employees who leave a buyer with the certainty that Suburu is an agency that will offer the kind of reliability and treatment that any buyer hopes for. I'm certain that I'll have just as good an experience with the service department in the years to come. I'm delighted! I didn't answer question #2, as that appears to apply to the service department. I have been in the market for some time, and really only went to the dealership after hearing commercials on the radio about the new location. I must admit that it is a great looking dealership with a large selection. One of the reasons I have been "in the market" for a while now is because buying a car is such a headache, and when I go look at cars I don't want to be pressured into buying something just so I can help a salesman make his quota. While searching the lot I had the pleasure of meeting Curt McHenry, who was very approachable, very knowledgeable and professional. Never once did I feel like Curt was trying to "sell" me something, rather there to answer questions and guide me in my search. I ended up finding a used car that fit was I looking for, and with Curt's expertise I was confident that the car would be a great choice. Curt has a very personable demeanor, and not that greasy car salesman type, and seemed to like what he was doing very much. I never thought I would say this but he made the car buying experience very easy, and actually fun for once. Go to Tucson Subaru with confidence, and find Curt..who knew car buying didn't have to be like pulling teeth. Curt even followed up with a phone call a couple of days later just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, how is that for customer service! More

Both DJ, Curt, and Bob went out of their way to make my mom and I feel like were at home. They were not pushy in fact when I said we were leaving they excepted that and asked if we need anything else pleas mom and I feel like were at home. I talked to my sister and after a couple days we just dropped by and both DJ, Curt, and Bob had time for us. We asked to drive another car. After that we left with information needed and went home and figured out which cars to purchase. We ended up buying to cars and even picking up the cars was an enjoyable experience. More
