First, the professionals I dealt with from the salesperson to the manager, to the business manager, to the receptionist, to people I encountered on the lot were all cheerful, informative, and stayed on task of helping me to learn, make a decision, and close the deal in a way that made me want to do the deal. No hard sells, etc. They offered test drives, water for my dog, refreshments, and all the information I needed to make a decision I was comfortable with. They produced information about car models and the carfax report for the car I was considering. They deciphered all the options on each car so instead of comparing apples to oranges, I could process in my brain the true differences between each of the pre owned vehicles I was considering. Cristian Georgescu my salesperson took extra interest in my car purchase and was very intuitive in telling me the information I was in need of. He was the perfect go between between the negotiators, the business office, and me as well. Bravo Cristian. I would not only recommend Garavel, I would specifically recommend any friend looking for a car to contact Cristian. More

Very nice dealership I bought this car over the internet. They were nice enough to except a small down payment for a hold very popular used car. I'd been shopping for a low mileage Jeep Commander Limited for time. and they are hard to find and they don't last long. The price was very good and the car was very clean. The dealership took care of all the financing, taxes and tags even though I was out of state. I came up from Maryland on an Amtrak train, and they picked me up right at the train station. All the paper work was ready and Cristian and were great to work with. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. Jay More
