Outstanding! I found everyone at Family Toyota to be very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a Forerunner and didn't intend to buy one that day. Because I found everyone at Family Toyota to be very friendly and helpful. I went in looking for a Forerunner and didn't intend to buy one that day. Because I felt they were fair I ended buying one the same day. They let me take the vehicle for a couple hours. I took it to show a family member who is knowledgeable about cars and he was able to determine the number quote was a good one. I wish the whole process could have been shorter but maybe that is just one of those things about buying a car, it is going to take awhile, like flying or having a surgical procedure. Thank you to Family toyotA, I am happy you are in my community. More

Emanuel and Cristian were the two men I spent most of this experience with and they both were extremely likable, helpful and considerate. Emanuel literally gave his own lunch over to my boyfriend who hadn't eaten, and just that gesture in itself proves how kind and caring these people are!! More
