Craig, Jr. was terrific in handling my transaction. I came from Iowa to trade in my car on a new BMW so handling that in advance via phone and internet without was terrific in handling my transaction. But Craig was very professional, courteous and efficient at facilitating my transaction. Craig's personalized videos to me during and after the sale were a nice touch, very effective.
