Even when I wasn't sure they printed copies of all the paperwork with the numbers and rebates/incentives to take with me. No other dealer did this. Any question I had they answered and explained so I understood. Hartnell is a stand alone dealership that all others should take notes on! Great people , great service, GREAT dealer! More

I opened the garage on Christmas Eve to a brand new Camaro, I car I dreamed of driving! When I later went in to clean out my old car, everyone there at the dealership wanted to know how the surprise went, it was like a second family equally excited for me! He quickly put me at ease and was extremely helpful in finding the car I wanted. I never felt pressured at all, and the whole process was actually enjoyable.
