Craig Rotter in service was amazing. I had a network warning and got there before they opened. He was so nice. Took me in a fixed problem in 5 minutes. The service staff with whom I interacted with were extremely pleasant and welcoming, making me feel as if I were their primary concern. My Service Advisor, Darryll Raeburn made sure I was kept apprise extremely pleasant and welcoming, making me feel as if I were their primary concern. My Service Advisor, Darryll Raeburn made sure I was kept apprised of the status of the repair and was very helpful. Phil, Charlie and Billy went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every single thing we needed was taken care of. There was no pressure at all during this deal, they let you make your own choices and did not try to sway me, as is the case with most new car purchases. More

What can I say. Craig welcomed me ,had paperwork ready and waiting when I arrived and kept me informed every step of the way. Unexpected brake job needed but I hav Craig welcomed me ,had paperwork ready and waiting when I arrived and kept me informed every step of the way. Unexpected brake job needed but I have utmost confidence in Craig, so I agreed to have it done. I was offered a loaner but said I would wait. So I drive a BMW and after dropping my husband off to work an emergency message came on I needed oil and I needed it immediately….because it was so early in the morning no stores were open I stopped at a work an emergency message came on I needed oil and I needed it immediately….because it was so early in the morning no stores were open I stopped at a gas station and was able to get oil….however after purchasing it I was not able to get the cap off to put the oil in…. I kept driving and praying…. I looked to my left and noticed Mazda and their service Dept was open I pulled up and explained to the guy what was going on and asked him if he could get the cap off for me and I would do the rest…although he was busy he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to take the cap off he to had a difficult time getting it off but because he was so nice and kind he was determined he was going to get it off!!!! Craig Rotter eventually got the cap off and he took the time and showed me how to do it…. There is a method which I did not know and even though I don’t drive a Mazda he took the time to not only do it for me but to show me how to do it and I greatly appreciate it….My prayer is that God continually bless him and the business!!!!!
