I focused in on a few and went to see Craig @ Audi Beaverton specifically because: He was very responsive in email, (within the hour), sent me links to cars I inquired about AND ones that I didn't see at first glance that met all my requirements, and when I did get there the car was ready and waiting for me to drive. Perfect online experience. In-person Craig was very kind, straightforward, he was there to sell a car but not at the cost of building an honest relationship. Very refreshing. I'd recommend Craig and Audi Beaverton, the experience could not have been easier and was catered exactly for me - not what I'd come to expect from other luxury car dealerships. In the end I didn't buy an Audi but impressed enough to leave this review. More

First Experience with a Car Dealership. Very impressed. I found Craig to be very helpful. First, he removed the car from listing as soon as I contacted him about my interest. And when I got there, He seemed I found Craig to be very helpful. First, he removed the car from listing as soon as I contacted him about my interest. And when I got there, He seemed genuinely concerned that this was the best car for me. Throughout the transaction, he was friendly, without a hint of pressure or the slick sales persona you always hear about. He negotiated a deal with management that brought the price down, even though they had already dropped the asking price twice. I had to go to my bank to get my check, and I got stuck in rush hour traffic, which meant I arrived back at the dealership after official closing time. He and Sigve stayed late so I could have my car. I want to thank both Craig and Sigve for service above and beyond. More

It was apparent from the first call that he knows his business and product well, is candid yet courteous, and listens to one's needs and concerns. Our first face-to-face meeting confirmed all of that and more. I had done some significant research, Craig asked for my offer, and 5 minutes later we had a deal. He served as my advocate with management, while at the same time representing Audi Beaverton in the most positive light -- which is well deserved by the dealership. My interactions with Sigve Friedle and Lucas Soltman were every bit as positive. The men and women at the reception desk were also great. I regret not being able to thank them by name.
