After visiting 4 different Dodge Ram dealerships in our area, I called LithiaDodge and spoke to Courtney. My Dau and I visited the Lithia Dealership and met Courtney. A very impressive, young lady greeted area, I called LithiaDodge and spoke to Courtney. My Dau and I visited the Lithia Dealership and met Courtney. A very impressive, young lady greeted us. I relayed what I was looking for, and Lithia had exactly what I was looking for. A GREAT OFFER was made and the deal was sealed. Today Jan 4, 2022 picked up my 2022 Dodge Ram Quad cab. As the saying goes, HAPPY AS A LARK!!! More

Tried working a deal with them online. Found their online price and used their trade in evaluator. - They did not honor their online price. Once the deal was moving I was advised there were $2,000.00 of dea price and used their trade in evaluator. - They did not honor their online price. Once the deal was moving I was advised there were $2,000.00 of dealer adds that they blamed on Jeep/MOPAR. Was not disclosed on their website. FAKE Advertising. -They did not honor their own trade in evaluator. Not even in the window. Their final offer was way below market/NADA. Their excuse was what I paid rather than current market conditions. -They tried to take credit for the current sales tax laws as if they were anyway involved and how it made their deal better. Could be very misleading to the uninformed. Avoid Courtney and Mary Ann More
