I've bought many cars and this was the absolute BEST car buying experience EVER! I was in a really desperate situation and I didn't want to spend a lot of money or get something I really couldn't afford or buying experience EVER! From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away (less than 4 hours!), Carolyn Davis and other I encountered put me at ease and I felt in control of my buying experience. Everyone was attentive, professional, relatable, knowledgeable, and unhurried. There was no pressure at all! I felt like more than a sale. I felt seen and heard. The facility is clean and comfortable, the used cars I looked at were in such fantastic shape I thought they were new. In the end, I got a new-to-me vehicle that I love and feel really good about from features to price with no regrets. The sales manager on duty was rude to us and and at one point suggested that we leave. Once someone else got involved, we were able to move forward and were eventually able to come to an agreement on a n point suggested that we leave.
