Disappointing Experience at Rally BMW Service Center My deep disappointment with the service I received at Rally BMW. My recent interaction with your service center has left me feeling frustrated and disil deep disappointment with the service I received at Rally BMW. My recent interaction with your service center has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the level of professionalism and integrity that I expected from a prestigious brand like BMW. On March 24th, 2024 I brought my BMW to your service center due to issues with the software update, which rendered my car inoperable. Despite the urgency of the situation, it took two days for your technicians to even assess my vehicle. During this time, I was informed by your representative, Cosmo, that I required a software update and a battery replacement, with labor costs totaling $700 and a battery cost of $400, amounting to a total of $1100. Upon further inspection, it became apparent that the software update had already resolved the issue with my windows and sunroof, as evidenced by a video clip sent by your technician showing all windows and the sunroof functioning properly. Despite this, Cosmo insisted on the unnecessary replacement of the battery, adding an additional $440 to the bill. Furthermore, despite assurances that I would receive a call within the hour to discuss the next steps, I was left waiting without any communication from your service center. It was only after numerous attempts to reach someone that I was informed I could come to pick up my vehicle, where I was presented with a bill totaling $1340, significantly higher than initially quoted. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has shattered my confidence in the quality of service provided by Rally BMW. I had hoped for a more professional and transparent approach to resolving issues with my vehicle, especially considering the reputation and prestige associated with the BMW brand. I trust that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the service provided at your service center. As a loyal BMW customer, I expect nothing less than excellence in both the products and services associated with the brand. More
