I understand its a sales persons job to sell a car, but at what cost? I purchased a Rogue a month ago that smelled like smoke so bad (it still does). I gave the dealer every chance to fix it and it wasn't. at what cost? I purchased a Rogue a month ago that smelled like smoke so bad (it still does). I gave the dealer every chance to fix it and it wasn't. I went to the dealership 4 days in a row to get help, with none at all. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and no one even asked me how can they help me. Not just mine but my kids health is now being compromised because I'm in this vehicle at least until I can find an alternative. I am very unhappy with the service given, a simple fix would've been finding another SUV in the same price range. Honestly it would've been cheaper going with a brand new SUV ( which wasn't offered to me). Lesson learned. If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! More

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Cornelius Marks is a complete joke and has no respect for women. I showed up with intentions of purchasing a vehicle, but was immediately dealership. Cornelius Marks is a complete joke and has no respect for women. I showed up with intentions of purchasing a vehicle, but was immediately told I could not test drive the cars that I was interested in, and was informed of what I "could not" afford. I felt completely disrespected. To end, I drove over an hour and half to be treated this way. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE! I will never shop here for a vehicle or suggest anyone to purchase from here. I have visited numerous dealerships and have never been treated like this. More

Cornelius Marks was a great help with me finding the car that I wanted, he explained everything to me in depth and convinced me that I made the right decision.
