When i test drove the 2017 dodge ram pickup that i b I had good experience at castle gmc dealership on 1/13/20 until i signed on the dotted lines. When i test drove the 2017 dodge ram pickup that i bought that day. the trucks gas gage was reading on empty and the sales man Che said that he will fill the tank up if i bought the truck and i did but when i left they only filled it up to a half of tank so i didn't appreciate Che saying one thing and i get another. Also after the test drive my wife asked Che if there was a second key and of course we didn't get an answer till we had signed all the paperwork and we were ready to leave when we were told that there is no 2nd key and that we can just buy one at a dodge dealership. I know that these issues might seem minuscule and petty but the key cost about $300 and the gas thing really irks me. I was down $350 extra before i left the dealership, so make sure that you get everything on paper before you sign on the dotted line. And "GM" Mr. Owens it would've been nice if you could've responded to my email instead of ignoring it. More

WOW, I am delighted with my purchase I entered the dealership late on a cold and snowy night wanting to test drive an automobile I saw on car guru. The employees I dealt with were very nice, not pushy, not rushing me, cleaned off the car for me to test drive, and answered all my questions I had. I loved the car I test drove, and had my pre appoved credit form with. NO haggling on price, no hidden fees, everything was fast and easy. The employees ended up having to stay late for my transaction , but not annoyed or angry. I was SUPER IMPRESSED with my deal on my car. I am very happy with my new car. (new to me) a used vehicle, but I chose to get the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this CASTLE BIUCK GMC dealer to anyone looking for a great deal and knowledgeable, friendly employees.This dealer was also highly rated on the car guru site. More

Our local dealers and those within 50 miles of us were way out of the Ball Park on $$. Tom walked us thru the process and explained all of our questions purchasing the Regal Tour X we had been dealing with thru the Online Sales Dept. and Tom finalized the sale. Even after the deal was finalized, Tom continued to answer questions I had and saw to it we got the answers we needed, and when a glitch arose, Tom stayed with us to work thru it. Great job Tom and Castle Buick GMC! The entire staff was friendly and helpfull. More

Unfortunately that day we couldn’t get the deal we needed to make it happen but Corey the General Manager personally called to have us come back in and worked the numbers and went above and beyond to even call banks to make the deal happen! Our family couldn’t be happier with our 2 cars we bought within days of each other and the customer service from everyone at Castle is top notch!
