Poor Customer Service Called sales rep asking for pricing gave specific parameters for pricing and said he would call right back. Instead of calling back with the numbers i Called sales rep asking for pricing gave specific parameters for pricing and said he would call right back. Instead of calling back with the numbers in parameters I requested he decided to provide me different scenarios with more money down than what I specified poor listening skills would recommend another sales rep that would be attentive to the customers needs and wants instead. Didn't realize such a simple request would be so complicated called three other dealers besides this one and received the information in the form I requested. More

There was no pressure, they were very friendly and helpful. I explained to both of them what I was looking for (a dodge challenger R/T and up) and they found exactly what I wanted. They were both honest and new their inventory. I would recommend anyone to work with these two men. At the end of the day I had not intended to buy a vehicle but they gave me an offer I could not refuse and I drove out with a leased 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T plus. Once my lease is up I will definitely be back to this dealership and these two men. More

Poor customer service This establishment doesn't care about anything once you sign the contract. Tried 2 times to get a spare tire installed and a broken light fixed. This establishment doesn't care about anything once you sign the contract. Tried 2 times to get a spare tire installed and a broken light fixed. David the manager told me bring in the car and they would fix the problems and he would rent me a car for a day. I get to the dealership and no car rental and the light wasn't even at the dealership. David never even said sorry or anything. Such a xxx. The only person who cared.was Robert, he even installed the spare tire himself. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Stay away. More

He is always available, helpful and polite while conducting our deals. Colin is an asset to the Arrigo Corporation. Also of note are Bob Greenberg in the Service Department. Very helpful and professional. We dealt with Ken in Finance for this transaction and he was very polite and also professional. Finally, the Delivery department's Tyler was very helpful explaining the final steps of the new car delivery. More
