The reason I've given a rating of 5, is primarily because of Colin Harrison. I had to buy a car quickly because I was moving, but it was very difficult for me as I don't like making quick decisions, because of Colin Harrison. I had to buy a car quickly because I was moving, but it was very difficult for me as I don't like making quick decisions, especially on a purchase of this magnitude. Coling was wonderful. He explained the options, what they had available, the pros and cons of each, and in this way helped me to make a great decision. He also got the car ready very quickly and spent a lot of time with me going over all the features. In addition, he's going to spend more time with me once I get a little used to the car. He also accepts a lot of phone calls from me asking questions about the car, and he never sounds irritated or like he's in a hurry. Nothing but gracious. I'm very, very happy with my purchase! More

I have 2 mercedes (just traded the 2003 ML350 for a new 2013 ML350) and have used the service dept since 2006. They always are friendly and do a great job althought not cheep ( as they say don't purchase a 2013 ML350) and have used the service dept since 2006. Colin was very helpful in our new car purchase and was very Knowledgeable of all the features. He was always promp in returning my phone calls and advising on what options I should consider. More

WOW! This has been the most enjoyable car buying WOW! This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the time that I entered the facility I was treated with class and WOW! This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the time that I entered the facility I was treated with class and a genuine sense of caring. When I returned to test drive and purchase the car I had chosen, Colin provided all of the details associated with the car and offered assistance in financing. A couple of days later Colin and I had arranged a time for me to take possession of the car and true to his word, the car was ready and waiting just as promised. Before departing, Colin took the time to go over all of the features and provided me with a contact number to reach him directly should I have any further questions or concerns. As it turns out, I did have a concern about the SD card not working in the radio. Within hours Colin responded with the detailed answer that corrected my issue. On another occasion, I called Colin to let him know that the trunk was not operating properly and I had accidentally damaged the fuel door. Colin set up the service and had the trunk and fuel door repaired. I was bracing my wallet, but to my surprise, there was no cost for the trunk and minimal cost (less than what was quoted) for the fuel door and the service was completed at the time that was originally promised! With first class PLUS service throughout my experience with Colin and the RBM staff, I would recommend the RBM dealership hands down. No one else has even come close! Colin, you rock! More

I bought my first Mercedes from RBM several years ago and I was very fortunate to have Michael Klagge as my service advisor for all subsequent service and repair. Michael has always been extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I trust him 100% as he always had my best interest in mind when making service & repair recommendations. That's why when it was time to buy a new Mercedes this year, it was an easy decision to buy it from RBM. I was very fortunate to deal with Colin Harrison in the RBM sales department. I was very impressed with the whole purchase experience, especially my dealings with Colin. He was very professional and I was able to fully trust him, which was the most important factor for me. He went above and beyond in taking the time to explain all the great features in my new fully-loaded C250 Sport, and to ensure that I could sync my smart phone and iPod with the car. He gave me a great deal on my new car and on my trade-in. He also followed up with me to make sure that I'm totally happy with my new car. I highly recommend RBM and Colin Harrison for anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes. More

Just had the pleasure of picking up my second new car from RBM of Atlanta this year. Colin Harrison was my salesman earlier in the year and helped my wife with her ML350. The entire sales experience from Colin's patience with our numerous test drives, to his trip out to our house after the purchase to program the garage door opener had been nothing but positive. His concern for our satisfaction didn't end there. He periodically checks in with me and my wife and always makes a follow up call after a service. So when it was my turn earlier this month for a new car, without hesitation I was back at RBM and in Colin's office. He put me into the exact C250 I was looking for, at a fair price and again it was a fully pleasant sales experience. Colin even offered to come back out to my house to help program the new car's garage door opener. Great cars, great dealership and great salesman. More

I was extremely leery of purchasing a "used" vehicle,especially from a highly polished Mercedes dealer! I expected a smarmy salesman in a lizard-skin suit, looking to shame me into buying a new vehicle,especially from a highly polished Mercedes dealer! I expected a smarmy salesman in a lizard-skin suit, looking to shame me into buying a new SLS. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I met Colin Harrison,the Internet Sales Manager. He was: relaxed, "knew" the vehicle,sensed my needs/wants and more importantly...enthusiastically believed in the integrity of this dealership! He took the time to listen to my wants and expectations and, that of my VERY DETAIL ORIENTED husband! RBM of Atlanta has a fine group of professionals, impeccably "groomed" for the task!! All businesses should have such a wonderful group of staff members who, not only believe in the product they sell, but in the worthiness of the business they work for! Everyone we came in contact with was absolutely fantastic. Alex Rabie took the time to work with my husband and I even after the sale was complete! He explained everything, and all questions were answered in a timely, competent manner! I cannot say enough about this stellar dealership, and their truly awesome "team members"! All businesses should be managed with this high degree of professionalism and integrity! The only thing that I would suggest is, construct a mini test track behind the dealership so that the "product" could be tested adequately! AMG sales would rise exponentially if the cars and their perspective owners could truly "feel" what the car was capable of...and, not being "neutered" in stop & go traffic!!! One hundred "stars" should be awarded to Colin for his mastery of his chosen trade! He is the embodiment of what the "buying experience" is all about! Thank you!!! More
