Not only did we buy the car we were looking for, we bought a second one from them while we were searching. At our first drive by visit, Colin was incredibly personable and helpful in answering questions for us. Never was there a sense of pressure and we felt very comfortable. We submitted a request online and Courtney was very helpful in reaching out with information on cars we were interested in via the internet. When we arrived for an actual test drive, we were pointed to Robin who was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel incredibly comfortable in everything that she did and truly embodied the ideal of a consultative sales person. Colin was the reason we came back to the dealership; Robin was the reason we stayed and purchased two vehicles. She was super helpful in understanding the needs of our growing family and got us in a perfect set of vehicles. Additionally, Steve in the finance area was incredibly helpful and the most personable auto finance individual we've ever dealt with. If we could give Tasca more than 5 stars, we would. We will definitely recommend our friends and will definitely be back for service there. More

Exceptional Customer Service at Tasca Ford I was looking at a Ford-150 online and reached out to Tasca Ford through email. I was disappointed to find out that that particular truck had sold. He had showed me other trucks, one of which I was considering, when he mentioned a Ford Edge and showed me a beautiful one on the lot.
