Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week without any updates, every time I called (2 times a day) they said they would call me back AND THEY NEVER DID. then when I was upset and said a bad word they asked me not to be foul then dropped a swear word in the next sentence. Save your money and stay as far away from this atrocious company as you possibly can. Also they didn’t even fix my car! More

He listened! He determined "what was important to me" and along with Dan Hansen addressed those issues to the point; no games. After purchase I was totally impressed with the service people (Cody Varney). I have had two occasions to have work done; 3,500 mile service and handling a small warranty matter. In both instances, I called made the appointment. At the appointed hour I was there fully expecting who knows how long to get finished and on the road. The car went in and on both occasions I had hardly settled in and the work was done and I was on my way! The people in general at Hansen's are down to earth friendly; not the put on friendly of the past several dealerships we have done business with. Thanks Hansen team! You are the best! More

Hansen Motors Great Service My vehicle is a 2010 Tahoe LT. I brought it in for an oil change and to have 4 new tires mounted. The Service manager greeted me by name. The service was excellent, the tires are great and I am very pleased with the attention and service I received at Hansen Motors.
