I typically do not like shopping for a new vehicle as it is always a contest of wills at each dealership to negotiate the best price. Most dealerships will attempt to keep you there all day so that you will is always a contest of wills at each dealership to negotiate the best price. Most dealerships will attempt to keep you there all day so that you will not have the opportunity to visit their competitor. I went to Family Toyota to see what they had in inventory for a Tacoma truck. A friend offered to buy my old Tacoma and I wanted to see what I could get for the money. I really was not in the market for a new truck but sitting down with Cody Nelson started the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had at a dealership. He was straight forward without any BS and multiple trips to a "manager". He was very trusting and had the figures for a transaction if I wanted to trade in my old truck. His figures came straight from Kelly Blue Book instead of making it up as I have experienced at other places. I highly recommend Family Toyota of Arlington if you are looking for a new vehicle and even if you are not they will be kind and courteous to you just for stopping in. More
