Overall, my service visit was good. Although Cody Gagnon
offered to have my DEF tank topped off during the service, it was not done. For whatever reason, DEF is not in stock at most typical retail outlets,

The total process took substantially longer than Cody estimated - which was due to the technician trying to figure out how to change the HOME address in my GPS system. Turns out it needed to be changed in my Android Auto link on my phone not in the onboard system. Would have appreciated having Cody or the technician updating me as the estimated time passed. I understand Cody is somewhat new and is still navigating the Crown system, so hopefully things will get better with time.
Finally, adjusting the seat and steering wheel position really should not be necessary. It is a frustrating inconvenience to adjust it back when the vehicle is returned. I don't understand the reason for adjusting the positions to move my vehicle a hundred feet or so.

Thank you for providing us with a good contact number, and for taking Brandon’s call earlier. I’m pleased we were able to discuss your concerns. As he explained, unfortunately, we have a very limited number of service loaners due to the widely publicized inventory shortages.
We therefore have to limit loaner vehicles to warranty repairs unless there’s extenuating circumstances. I apologize I have been unavailable due to ongoing medical issues the last 10 days . Mr. Nichols, you had a good contact number and you never would call us back after multiple messages. Brandon was very nice and wasnt aware of how we were lied to. Now, as far as loaner car, there is no excuses for this. You could have helped us and your employee lied and said we could have one and it did not happen. We were taken care of by Harbin Ford and we are grateful for them. You costed us money bc we had to pay deductible bc you would not fix our truck. I am sorry your having medical issues though. I will pray for you but you and your service dept will have to answer for how we were treated. Happy Thanksgiving Mrs Nichols
