I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership. The quality of service by my assigned Sales Consultants and Financing Manager was, and still continues to purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership. The quality of service by my assigned Sales Consultants and Financing Manager was, and still continues to be, above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was amicable, adaptive, and supportive throughout the entire process, even accounting for my changing requirements during the waiting period and the unexpected complications that arose during the financing process. Long after completing the sale of the new vehicle, they continue to support me by answering my questions regarding the vehicle, financing, and other subjects. The quality of their service is worth more than the vehicle itself. I am so grateful to everyone involved and I hope my review here will help support them in return. More

I called Jim Norton in a frantic after going to a different dealership in another town and experiencing only anger. Zach answered and I was instantly calmed because his voice alone was so friendly an different dealership in another town and experiencing only anger. Zach answered and I was instantly calmed because his voice alone was so friendly and you could tell he truly wanted to answer my questions and do his best to help me out. It was one of those situations where you could just tell he enjoyed being at work, which in any industry is a huge plus. We headed over to Tulsa to be greeted by Zach there at the dealership and he sat us to figure out what our situation was. To put it simply, we were looking for a 2022 vehicle. We voiced are wants, needs and absolutes all to be informed what we needed was in-fact on the lot. We viewed and claimed the car immediately. The whole process from conversation with Zach, to waiting for the car to get out of PDI (it was new from the truck the night before), to the financial WAS ALL SO SMOOTH!!! Because it was a Saturday, there wasn’t anyone available to tint my new car so they informed me of the process to get back over (specifically on my own time) to get that situated which again, has been a smooth experience with no miscommunication between any of the multiple parties. All in all, Jim Norton and Zach were unbelievable. Highly recommend and will be returning when ready for the next one. Parent plus: they have a playground for the kiddos. Also, if Zach is unavailable the sales consultant Cody is also highly recommended!! More

I really wanted to have some type of positive comment to I really wanted to have some type of positive comment to add in but cannot think of any. I can assure you their salesman is not a salesman. He could I really wanted to have some type of positive comment to add in but cannot think of any. I can assure you their salesman is not a salesman. He could care less if he sold a car or not. Had to find someone to help us when we pulled in the lot and there wasn’t another customer there, not in the sales lot anyways. We said we was here to drive the car we called about and then he goes to talk to the manager about the car they said was there when I called a few hours earlier. Didn’t offer for us to come inside instead of standing in the parking lot so I figured he would be right back. After a bit we walk inside to wait for him. Of course the ol bait and switch so we test drove the car they had so we could get a feel for it. The test drive was silent unless I asked a question and very very little details were given about this car or what Toyota offers. This guy couldn’t answer anything with out having to look it up on his phone, which my wife had to pull the info up on the dealership website since he didn’t know and couldn’t find it. After this every question we had he would have to ask his manager. During the initial call/text to come test drive I was told there was an allotment sheet of the vehicles scheduled to come in. When we got back to the dealership I asked about the allotment and he acted confused then, yep you guessed it, had to ask his manager. He comes back and said the manager found this one car and only car in a 500 mile radius and they could see about getting it shipped in. Again I asked for the allotment and he said this is what the manager had given him. We decided we would take the car if they could get it shipped and they would call me the next day to confirm. If they could not get it then we would consider buying the car they had on the lot. August 24, 2021 Next day I get a call needing to place a deposit to get the car locked down and shipped so I gave him my card info. No receipt sent to me or any confirmation other than he said it went through on the phone. Didn’t hear anything for awhile and called, no answer, texted for the update and get a response that his manager is in a meeting and he will get with him. Called a little while later and he said they was trying to get it set up and waiting on an answer. Every time I have called the only answers I get are “let ask my manager” and “we are waiting”, been 24 hours and a little fed up with the run around so I tell him that’s not a good answer and I asked what is all the wait on? If they have the car how hard is it to answer when it will ship? He got an attitude and repeated what I asked and said the wait is on the dealer to respond and they will let me know when they know. Told him give me the dealers info and I will call and get an answer. Of course the manager has that info and I said call me back when you know something. The next day I text for an update and he calls me to let me know the deal fell through and asked if we would be interested in the car they had on the lot, told him we would mull it over and get back to him. Texted him back and said we wasn’t interested in the car and would like the deposit back, he responded with he would have the finance department refund it and sorry couldn’t help. Hadn’t heard anything else from him or the dealership after that. August 26, 2021 We called the surrounding states Toyota dealerships and had 6 inquiries in looking for this car. We had a car found 400 miles away and starting working with that dealer. August 27, 2021 In the meantime, I have 6 dealers emailing, calling, texting everyday letting me know what they found and maybe an alternative if they made a deal. We decided to go through with the dealer if they can provide hands on pictures of the car. He couldn’t do that since it was in transit but got us the vin with the details, sent a receipt by text for the deposit and updated us without ever having to contact them first. Car came in a couple days later so we headed out to get a hotel instead of driving all day and dealing with the buying process and driving back. September 2, 2021 We arrive at the dealership and every person on that lot and in the building that we crossed by asked how we was, if we needed anything, told us about Toyota programs, and small talk. Cannot explain the level of hospitality this dealer offered. We had asked if the deposit would be applied to the car or if it was refunded, by this time we already had everything finished and was about to leave. He said give him a minute and he would refund it. Came back with the receipt and gave us both hard copies from the deposit and the refund. Next business day the money was back in the account and noticed Jim Norton had not refunded the deposit so I text the guy asking who I need to contact for my refund and he responds that the finance director is getting it handled. September 3, 2021 September 9, 2021 I called Jim Norton and asked to speak to someone in finance in regard to refunding a deposit. Explain to the finance person the deal and he said give me just one minute to look this up. He said he cannot find any transaction I said I have the transaction info in my account and can send it to him, he refused it and said he would need to contact the “salesman” and would call me right back. It is September 10, 2021 and he never responded and still $500.00 missing from my account… Hopefully the Better Business Bureau and Toyota Corporate office can get a response from them. More
