Amazing!! Will definitely buy from them again! Clinton Shelton was phenomenal! We were looking at a lower cost vehicle and he treated us like we were buying the highest priced vehicle on the lot. H Clinton Shelton was phenomenal! We were looking at a lower cost vehicle and he treated us like we were buying the highest priced vehicle on the lot. He was very attentive and never pushy. We had the opportunity to buy a similar vehicle at two other dealerships for slightly less money, but Clinton won the sale because we truly felt he would stand by the purchase. (MAN AM I GLAD WE LISTENED TO OUR GUT!) This is where it gets really good.... after minimal negotiations, (they showed transparency and honesty about what they needed) we landed on an "as is" price with no conditions. As he pulled the car out of detail, Clinton noticed a tail light was out and asked if I would bring it back in the next week to change that out. It was almost 8pm on a Saturday at this point so they were down to minimal staff. Monday morning I sent him a message about the tail light, and a tire sensor service warning I had noticed on the way home. He messaged me back within a few hours and said I was set up with service and just to bring it in. It was so easy. While they were fixing the tail light it was discovered there was a wiring issue, they took care of it AT NO COST to me and did it with a smile. The tire sensor ended up needing to be replaced, that to was replaced FREE OF CHARGE. I would have thought it would stop there, but it didn't. They got me a new key fob and programmed it for me as well. I am over the moon with my experience and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They treated me like family. That isn't something you see every day anymore, especially in used car sales. More

Jeff Cavazos, assistant service manager, was especially helpful and competent. His good judgment, attention, and persuasive efforts with the insurance company all helped us reach a good outcome. Also the top mechanic was able to diagnose the problem that was not even picked up by the computer checks and could have left us stranded in Eastern Montana. Norm Everett was extremely helpful in expediting our purchase of a 2017 Camry and getting us on our way home to Wisconsin. P.S. All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us. It was our lucky day when she took us under her salesperson wings and helped us make the right purchase for us. More

A dealership that has to remove prices from their vehicles as well as off of the internet should be looked at as a dealership that is trying to conceal something from consumers. Then to call it a sale in the hopes of luring people in with the appearance of a sale is why car dealerships have earned the poor reputation that they now enjoy. More
