Purchased a brand new vehicle service in sales appeared ok, until I had my vehicle delivered.Car was not detailed, all sales stickers shoved in glove box,all glue left in windows,chips on new paint and had ok, until I had my vehicle delivered.Car was not detailed, all sales stickers shoved in glove box,all glue left in windows,chips on new paint and had asked for tinting of windows,paid $200 dollars extra recieved zero warranty on the tinting of vehicle. The salesman brought it home and did a amature job.When I called sales person Bassal he played headgames and verbatim reply was I never did the tint I do not know what your talking about.A con artist that sugar coats his words to get a sale and could care less about u as a unhappy customer.If there was zero I would have given zero. Last time they made and form of money from me or referral.You pay that kind of money and unprofessional,decietfuk customer service given to me This is based solely on my personal experience as a consumer dealing with London,Into Finch dealership.
