Prior to the purchase of my vehicle, Clifton was okay with his communication. I got the pricing information I needed. He was will aware of the items I DID NOT want in the vehicle (USB pack and net) yet with his communication. I got the pricing information I needed. He was will aware of the items I DID NOT want in the vehicle (USB pack and net) yet he secured a vehicle that had those item and then said he could not remove them! That was very poor customer service. After the purchase of the vehicle he will not and had not returned my calls or text messages. More

I would give this place a 100 stars if I can. the reasons are as below: 1. No market surcharge on the vehicle. They sold me the vehicle at MSRP. 2. Very honest dealership in terms of pricing the reasons are as below: 1. No market surcharge on the vehicle. They sold me the vehicle at MSRP. 2. Very honest dealership in terms of pricing and explaining the terms and conditions on the loan contract. 3. Clifton helped with the buying of the vehicle from day one, and would always reply on time through email and phone. Never tried to bug me with extra calls/messages/pushing techniques to buy the vehicle. Very respectful and transparent towards all costs and pros and cons with the vehicle. 4. This was the only dealership that did not ask me for a market surcharge on the MSRP. 5. Got a real good deal on my car with ease and am very happy to have done business with them. To be honest, I would suggest you all go here. More

I had called Clifton and said that I was needing paperwork so I could secure a 2009 Toyota and I was on my way To the dealership.He and I texted back-and-forth. I called to tell them that I was on my way up there which Clifton already knew as I was getting directions I learned from a sales associate that the car hours before had already been sold obviously I was upset and asked to speak to a manager named Faheem who assured me he would find me a car. A week later I still have not heard from him. I Spoke with Mark like the GM he acted like he could care less. More
