Looked all over the south for a new Jeep. I returned to Troncolli because of the personnel I came in contact with we're absolutely the best people to communicate and work with. Were not pushy in trying to get you to buy a certain Jeep and were very patient with us. I just had my first oil change. I took a chance and stopped by without an appointment. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes and Troncolli even washed the Jeep. I have purchased many vehicles over the years. This was my first time at Troncolli. Wish I had found them sooner. We went looking for a used vehicle. Daniel Gonzalez helped us pick one out. While I filled out the credit app, my husband walked around the lot and showroom. Daniel was great. We came in just as the dealership was closing, and without pause - he offered to stay as late as needed to answer and questions we had and make sure we were happy. Purchased a new Jeep Rubicon. The next day I found damage on the roof of my jeep from the transport truck. I was dreading the trip back to the dealership. When all was said and done I could not have been an on the roof of my jeep from the transport truck. I was dreading the trip back to the dealership. When all was said and done I could not have been any more pleased. The top was replaced with a new one. The customer service was top notch. I might have saved a few bucks at another dealership but with the after the sale service I am glad that I chose Troncalli. More
