Cliff was great! Cliff was very knowledgable about the CRV I was looking to lease. He was easily able to answer all of my questions and concerns. His personality is really what sold me on the car. He was the most friendly salesman I have ever had and personally helped me set up everything I needed and wanted in the car! The sales manager, Jeff Scott and Joe Lombardi were equally as friendly and helpful and made the experience quick and easy. More

First experience with Scott Honda great!!! A friend of mine recommended Scott Honsa when I said I was looking for new car. I was contacted by Cliff Ashamole. He was very patient with my test A friend of mine recommended Scott Honsa when I said I was looking for new car. I was contacted by Cliff Ashamole. He was very patient with my test driving the Honda HR-V on two occasions, my indecisiveness as to whether or not I was ready to move forward, and then when I was ready I was deciding on color. Once ready he answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to make deal when I was not quite ready to sign. I finally signed the deal and got my new car (Honda HR-V EX)on Wednesday. I could not more happy with him and I thank Clicf for his ease of working with him and great communication. Everyone that I have met there has been wonderful! More

A Hassle-Free Buying Experience! We bought our 2016 Pilot (which is our 4th Honda) last November and we couldn't be more happier with the sales experience. Honestly, it all started w We bought our 2016 Pilot (which is our 4th Honda) last November and we couldn't be more happier with the sales experience. Honestly, it all started when we brought in our CR-V for service. While we're waiting for it, we strolled into the dealership and saw this beautiful 2016 Pilot Touring in Black Forest Pearl. We became very interested in it and while we're tinkering with its interior features, Cliff Ashamole unobtrusively walked over and cheerfully greeted us and simply let us know he's there to help us and feel free to call him up. We're impressed by his professionalism and courtesy so the week after, we decided to test the market and see if Scott Honda could give us a deal we like. The buying experience was straight-forward, honest, and was done in a respectful manner. Cliff ably assisted us throughout the process. When it came the time to do the paperworks, Azad Yepremian diligently explained all the different documents, what they are, and answered all our questions before signing them. The whole sales process took way past the official closing time of Scott Honda on a Saturday and yet we didn't feel that those people are getting irritated because they still have to be there instead of having their personal time already, nor did they try to rush us so we could get out the door soon. This is a highly recommended dealership. No wonder they keep on getting the Honda President's Award almost every year. Additional: We purchased the Running Boards together with the Pilot but being so late at the time of the purchase, we had to return at a later date to have it installed. Mike d'Auria was our contact person that time and he outlined to us what will be done to the Pilot during the installation, and also walked us through after it was completed. We mentioned to him about the big Bar Code sticker that's plastered on top of our Pilot which we only noticed a few days after we took it home. He was apologetic about it and told us that it's a delivery/inventory sticker that needed to be removed once the vehicle has been purchased. A minor and non-trivial thing to us. All in all, we are glad we made our recent purchase from Scott Honda, and not from other competing dealerships. It's simply because we were treated like family, a neighbor, or a fellow community member. We couldn't be more satisfied with it! More
