Customer oriented, excellent service! We had been searching all around Northwest Arkansas (our home) for a specific vehicle. We had looked at several, even test drove a couple, but with no success. My wife had found a listing for one in Kansas City, but with a four hour drive, the distance was a problem. She called and spoke with the dealership about the vehicle, and they were very honest and open about all the details, and were willing to work with us in whatever way possible. We asked a relative in Kansas City if they would test drive the vehicle for us, and Clayton got it all set up. Once we heard how the test drive went, we were satisfied that the car was right for us. My wife drove the four hours to pick up the vehicle, and Clayton came in on his day off to make sure she was completely satisfied with the vehicle and to help get the trade and all the paperwork completed quickly and easily for us. Clayton was AMAZING, and has continued to check on us to make sure we are completely satisfied. Don't waste time looking around for the best place to buy a car, just head straight here! More

I worked with Clayton Mark and h I just purchased my 2019 Ram here at Reed Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram and it was a great experience. Couldn’t be happier! I worked with Clayton Mark and he made the process easy and painless. He knew exactly what my target monthly payments were and made sure I got there. Communication was easy with quick responses from everyone I spoke with during the process. There was some overspray of some sort on the front of the truck I was buying and they assured me they’d get it cleaned off for me. I figured it’d take some time before they could get to it but I bought the truck Saturday evening, brought it back Monday morning and it was ready to go Monday afternoon. They were even able to get the Zurich Shield applied and ready to go all at the same time. Overall great experience with a fantastic team who made everything painfree and easy to understand (with no talking circles around me) which meant I was able to actually enjoy the process of buying a new car and be excited during it all, not stressed or overwhelmed. I absolutely recommend Reed Jeep and suggest anyone looking for a new vehicle head that way.... and ask for Clayton!! More
