My wife and I have purchased five cars from this dealership over the last several years. In every case we have been extreemly pleased with the sales process. The last three of these cars were purcha dealership over the last several years. In every case we have been extreemly pleased with the sales process. The last three of these cars were purchased from the same salesman (Mr. Clay Thorn). The service department has done a consistantly excellent job in maintaining the cars and in providing the highest level of cutomer service I have encountered. Mercedes Banz of Plano will continue to be our dealef of choice for any additional purchases as well as for all of our service needs. More

I am glad I went to this Dealer. I last had a 2000 model S Class which I traded back in 2004. Went to a 7 Series and then a LS-460. Glad to back with M-B. My sales person was no longer at Ewing and the phon S Class which I traded back in 2004. Went to a 7 Series and then a LS-460. Glad to back with M-B. My sales person was no longer at Ewing and the phone operator, Ms. Feely, recommended Clay Thorne to me. She seemed to have an idea that we would Click. We did for sure. He was very patient and provided great eductional guidance on his stock of Mercedes Cars. I was truly looking at Lexus, Audi, BMW and Mercedes when I first met Clay. Over a four week period I eliminated one Car Manufacturer each Saturday, (My Car shopping day). I was down to the 535i and the E 350-Sport. Both are outstanding cars. Having owned 4 BMW's in the past I was really leaning in that direction. I have a true fondness for my old dealer and the service guy there, who I have known over the years. He is great, which is important, because when you own a BMW you need a good relationship with a service advisor.... Ewing's Auto Haus Mercedes truly wanted my business and made that Clear, without over doing it, at all. In my experiences with my S Class purchase from 11 years back, Ewing is the Friendliest of the North Texas Mercedes Dealers. Anyway, my new car is great and the service offered by the sales team at Ewing has accomodated my every desire with great Proficiecny. The Whole process was so easy. The finance director, Jason Matthews, was a big part of getting my business. He cut to the chase with my that part of the negotiation and purchase in the end. He and Clay made it easy for me to drop the idea of a BMW. When you buy a car and the sales person wants to go off to see "Someone in the Back" you wonder what is up with that and how long I am gonna be here? Well, I have Never seen two Professional car dealership work in tandem as a team with such ease and efficiency. Their first thought was to take care of their customer, me. In summation, being someone who works a lot+long hours I really do not want to spend an inordinate amount of time car-shopping, though it sounds like I did. It was a 4-5 week experience, beacuase I only went on Saturdays. Again, Ewing Auto Haus is a great place. I am glad to be there. In addition, the dealership facilties have been totally updated and upgraded in recent time as well. It is a Fun place to go back to, and I have had to go back to learn more about the operation of my car. Guess I better read the book ! Again, great place, great deal and best of all ... Great People. More

He also told us about a discount that Mercedes was offering and none of the other dealerships we visited ever mentione call to get us what we wanted! Car shopping has always been a dreaded task for us - the hassle, the negotiating, feeling like you are probably getting ripped off. Clay Thorne at Ewing totally changed that perception for us. We were trading in our 2006 Mercedes and wanted a new 2011 Mercedes. Clay listened to us, was patient and helped us get a great deal on our new E350. This was ABSOLUTELY the best car buying experience we have ever had. This is the first car we have purchased from Clay at Ewing, but certainly will not be the last. More

I called ahead to the dealership to let them know I was coming and Clay was ready for me. He was friendly and informative and we drove two cars to allow me to feel the difference. I was trying to decide coming and Clay was ready for me. He was friendly and informative and we drove two cars to allow me to feel the difference. I was trying to decide if the S550 was going to be practical for my daily routines so Clay had an employee drive a loaner car to my house so i could drive it for a day. This was very convenient for me as i was very busy with my 3 sons. After i decided what i wanted, Clay asked me details to see what I liked/disliked about the model I drove. We looked around the lot for color combinations. Then Clay found a car for me in Georgia and had it shipped. This was done in a timely and friendly manner. He called me regularly to let me know the status. When it came in, we set up a time to meet that was convenient to me and he went over the car details. Clay was extremely friendly, flexible and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
