Fast and helpful! Had an oil change and battery replacement plus they helped fix my wipers when I broke them during the ice storm. Totally Awesome as usual!! Great service, so busy they took a little while. I was having trouble with my S10 truck and asked service to take a look at it. I had an appointment at 8, after an hour and a half they brought me the I was having trouble with my S10 truck and asked service to take a look at it. I had an appointment at 8, after an hour and a half they brought me the list to fix. After I did some checking I let them know what I wanted done and unfortunately my vehicle want done until 2:30. They gave me timely updates and offered me a complementary rental car as well as apologizing for the inconvenience. Very good customer service just took a little longer than expected. More

Always great customer service and Chuck Loader takes the time to go over all aspects of my expectations. Then when all is said and done he explains what was done and if there is any additional work needed he will ask your permission to do it or if time doesn't allow for it he will schedule you for a time more convenient for you. These are just some of the things that keeps me coming back. More
