Chuck Leyman's Exceptional Service Chuck is the best service advisor I've ever dealt and I've owned Lexus, BMW and Audi. He is super responsive (only a quick text message away), upfront Chuck is the best service advisor I've ever dealt and I've owned Lexus, BMW and Audi. He is super responsive (only a quick text message away), upfront and honest and immediately available for you when caught in a jam. He will also advocate for you on warranty issues. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer and you can tell he enjoys his work. I'm glad to have linked up with Chuck on my first service visit when I purchased my CPO ML350 last year. There is a closer Mercedes service center to my home, yet I'd rather drive farther just to receive the great customer service from Mr. Leyman! More

The staff (and in particular my service advisor Chuck Leyman) is uniformly pleasant & responsive, the facility is very clean & nicely laid out (not to mention the super selection of munchies & beverages), and no matter how busy they are they always have time for you & your needs, and get you in & out as quickly as they can. I'm a clean car fanatic and their three bay wash facility keeps me smiling. Having lived a pretty long life already, I grasp that one gets what they pay for, and this MB service facility is worth every dollar. You go guys. More

My car was in great hands! I recently took MY CLK to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for its regular maintenance. It's a twelve-year-old car so there are some glitches. They figured out what was going on and help me get it through emissions without costing an arm and a leg! He and Kevin were incredibly helpful and professional.
