I trust the people at the dealership. They are knowledgeable and professional and helpful. I recommend them highly. They are a pleasure and a breath of fresh air! Conklin will not help my stranded 700 miles from home. Conklin Chevrolet Salina has a great service department, a bit expensive but they get problems fixed. They have been the sole maintainer of my wonderful 2015 new style Impala. The Impala transmission failed, under warranty, 700 miles away, now over a month later I still do not have the car back. Conklin outright refuses to assist - what good is a dealer if they won't back you up when you need help? I want Chevrolet to thrive, they are important part of our culture and we need them. But GM appears to be an antique, feudal organization that cannot cooperate with itself. Almost every GM employee I contact repeats the same phrase "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do, my hands are tied", and cannot refer me to anyone who can assist. Service Took my car in to get body damage done I call a day before to find out it was ready that morning but nobody call me to let me know also they took out Took my car in to get body damage done I call a day before to find out it was ready that morning but nobody call me to let me know also they took out a chunk of carpet under the drivers seat and want to say it was worn out I just vacuum it like 2 days before it went in there was NO WORN OUT CARPET!!!! Manger was very unprofessional very rude when he knows they where responsible for it I will never do service again or highly recommended them. More

Refused to service their own make of vehicle! I drive a Chevrolet. They refused to service it because they do not support that particular model Chevrolet. How is that possible? Maybe they shoul I drive a Chevrolet. They refused to service it because they do not support that particular model Chevrolet. How is that possible? Brought new Rav4 and the whole experience was the best my wife and I have had in the purchase of an new or used car and I have purchased one out of town and five in town from two of the other dealerships. Th wife and I have had in the purchase of an new or used car and I have purchased one out of town and five in town from two of the other dealerships. They were helpful and found what we were looking for, settled on price quickly, and were ready for us to pick it up at agreed upon time. Again great experience! More
