I cannot even believe this is a dealership at all, I would say it is a family. From the time I walked in the door, and even before hand when I spoke to Lauren on the phone we were in a "no xx zone". I was in and out in less then two hours, and even the process with the finance director Chu Park was amazing. I would give ten stars for the way me and my family were treated during our time in Ourisman CDJR Bowie. Thank you Lauren and Chu for you wonderful costumer service and the fact that you treated me like family instead of a quota!!!! Bravo Zulu!! More
