Chris and Larry were very helpful and understanding exactly what I was looking for when I got there. There was no hassle with anything and they were very nice about everything and did not pressure me i exactly what I was looking for when I got there. From my initial email contact with Tara through the sales process with Chris, this was a very positive experience. Tara was very friendly and responsive throughout our email exchanges. I was very impress process with Chris, this was a very positive experience. Tara was very friendly and responsive throughout our email exchanges. I was very impressed by the "on the road" quote I received from Tara breaking down all of my cost for the vehicle I was interested in. I was also impressed with the email and phone call followup I received after making the appointment with Tara to test drive the vehicle. Arriving at Pacifico, I met Chris Watson who was very friendly and had the vehicle we were interested in ready for a test drive. During the test drive and the sales process Chris was very informative and knowledgeable of the vehicle and never made you feel pressured. I think the best part of my experience was the fact that there we no hidden or extra costs to purchase the vehicle. The email price quote that I received from Tara was the price that I paid for the vehicle at the dealership. This was the best car buying experience I have had and I would definitely recommend Tara and Chris and Pacifico to my family and friends. More

I had to haggle over the trade in even though KBB priced my trade substantially higher than quoted. I got it up a little more but still not close enough to get near the KBB trade in price. Since I live i my trade substantially higher than quoted. I got it up a little more but still not close enough to get near the KBB trade in price. Since I live in Delaware, the process to get my car titled, tagged etc. was too cumbersome. I never had to do the leg work that was done. I am a caregiver for a 93 year old mom and this added more stress than necessary and made the experience far less pleasant than necessary. I am finding out that the owner manual is lacking in instructions and the opportunity for Pacifico to shine would be to get the customer a manual that works. I have a degree in Business and am a retired Senior Scientist. If you want some constructive advice, you may contact me. Mike More

Chris spent tremendous amount of time with my wife and me to find the right vehicle for us. When the car we initially decided to buy was purchased by another customer, he was very helpful to find and get us to find the right vehicle for us. Was informed by Ford via a letter that an upgrade was required to the radio in my recently purchased vehicle. Called the Pacific Ford service center and was given an immediate, convenient date and time a required to the radio in my recently purchased vehicle.
