While this was not my first purchase/visit to the dealership, I am Happy I decided to return (so far Shadi!)...I have been a long time Honda owner and was a bit hesitant to move into another make however in working with Chris Watson, he has certainly helped to make my decision a bit easier. Chris has done and outstanding job keeping me informed of current inventory, pricing, paperwork and more importantly staying connected. Since my last visit to the dealership, Chis remembered my wife and I like we have been long time friends. As I have worked in a Customer Service atmosphere for 20+ years, that is an attribute I believe all Sales folks (especially car) have to have in order to keep long lasting customers!!!! While I do have high expectations (sales, service, quality), I was left feeling very comfortable the Pacifico Ford Family are going to meet my needs.... I would recommend this dealership on the basis of our interactions with the dealer himself, and not our overall experience. Chris Watson was excellent. Fair and respectful, available if we had a question and always professional in his dealings with myself and my husband. I did not have pleasent interactions with the manager, Joe Romano, who I would NOT recommend dealing with due to his dishonesty and overall disrespect. However, in all fairness, once we stopped dealing directly with him, our experience greatly improved. I am happy with my car and feel that I got a good deal. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from Pacifico using Chris Watson as your dealer. More
