My experience with klaben and all the employees was absolutely excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Robert Simon and Chris volk were who I dealt with the entire wait for my bronco and let m absolutely excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Robert Simon and Chris volk were who I dealt with the entire wait for my bronco and let me tell you they made everything a breeze. No pressure from there end. They always responded to my emails and calls and I assure you there where plenty being a bronco order and the long wait for them currently.🤣. And once the vehicle arrived they got it in and prepped and ready for me as quick as there prep guy could. It was such a smooth transaction. I highly recommend robert as a salesman. But the others i talked to while there were all so nice aswell so im sure any of them would treat you well! You hear horror stories of dealerships hustling people and particularly huge markups on all cars let alone the bronco right now. There was none of that. Straight up honesty and transparency with the entire deal it was fantastic. I'd never hesitate to deal with them again. Jenn in finance was amazing aswell and made it all quick and easy as possible! I can't recommend these guys enough! More

Every time I go the Klaben I'm reminded why they're the best in the business. Professional, courteous and proficient are just a couple of the adjectives I'd use to describe the team. I was at a dance compe best in the business. Professional, courteous and proficient are just a couple of the adjectives I'd use to describe the team. I was at a dance competition on a Saturday and sent Chris Volk a text message inquiring about what we could/should do with my 2019 F-150 that had a couple months left on the lease. We explored buying that truck out, buying a CPO truck or getting into another lease. Getting into another lease made the most sense and that following Tuesday I was driving off the lot with a brand new 2022 F-150. I let Rob Simon know I was coming from work and he made sure that the car was clean, gassed up and ready to roll when I got there! Luke Deegan gave me the run down with all the new features while Jennifer Bowen from the finance team got all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in under two hours which is impressive!! You're making a mistake if you're going to any other dealership. More
