During that first call I knew he was listening to me and understood what my “must haves” and “deal breakers” were. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. After I had my car a few weeks I met with Tina Dillon. She spent an hour with me answering my questions and giving me great hints. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was much more comfortable with my car and its many bells and whistles after meeting with her. The 45-minute drive to Surprise from my home was well worth it. If they were closer I would definitely use their service department. More

I worked with Chris Thom from beginning to end. He answered all my questions about the Costco auto program which they participate in, helped me build my custom Crosstrek, and placed the order. As a single female buying a car can be overwhelming and scary. It's ALOT of money and a huge commitment.
