I was born and raised in Florida and played basketball, baseball and football most of my life. I am the proud father of one son, who is in the United States Navy, and two daughters, one is a RN and studying to become a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Duke and other is an Occupational Therapist. Also a proud Grandfather. My wife and I enjoy boating, hanging out with our pets (Turtle and two cats), riding our Jet skis, traveling, and spending time with our family. Customer service before, during, and after the sale is my number one priority. It is very important to me to build a relationship of trust with my customers and establish a no-hassle, no-pressure, honest, and pleasant car-buying experience.

tire replaced I replaced a flat tire and noticed that the nitra shield protection ( a plan I purchased extra)had i had not been put on to keep tire shiny. I called I replaced a flat tire and noticed that the nitra shield protection ( a plan I purchased extra)had i had not been put on to keep tire shiny. I called service more than once and did not receive response back for a time or two, Finally, when someone did answer I was told that the nitra shield was supposed to be put on tire free of charge and to just stop by whenever and it would be a quick ,no fuss application. This was not the case. I was told it is not free of charge on replacement tires after it took the associate at least 30 minutes to find the answer. He also knew nothing whatsoever about the product. First, I was not told the limitations of this extra service(fine print I'm sure), and while my tires do look nice 3 out of 4 shiny tires did not. Second, nobody knew about this plan so I spent much longer than anticipated and was told by phone associate that no appointment was needed. Eventually the application was applied -free of charge(which I appreciate) but was informed any future applications would be a charge to me if I decide to put the nitra shield on tire, Well, since I've put less than 2,000 miles on my CRV I'm pretty sure a new tire will be in future sooner or later. As will regular maintenace replacing tires as needed. Anyone who drives in the Brandon area can attest to the fact that there is a lot of road debris. In front of your dealership is one example. I left satisfied but feel a little misled and also recommend that service employees be kept up to date on services offered. More

Exceeded every expectation and then some We worked with Chris and Ron on a car that was beyond our price range. They thought out of the box and came up with a solution that we could not pass We worked with Chris and Ron on a car that was beyond our price range. They thought out of the box and came up with a solution that we could not pass up. It got us a top of the line Pilot beyond our expectations. Not to mention the lifetime warranty, that is amazing.
