Chris stepped in to assist us when our salesperson wasn’t available the day of our appointment. Chris was most helpful in showing us the car we were interested in buying and arranged a test drive. He was v available the day of our appointment. Chris was most helpful in showing us the car we were interested in buying and arranged a test drive. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and helped us get acquainted with some of the features before we drove off the lot. The entire transaction went smoothly. More

Probably one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had in all my years buying vehicles. Chris mentioned he was still new but had the professionalism of a long time salesperson. You can clearly tell by his in all my years buying vehicles. Chris mentioned he was still new but had the professionalism of a long time salesperson. You can clearly tell by his hard work and knowledge that he loves his job. Kudos to Annapolis Subaru for picking out a great employee. More

Just had to share the horrible experience I had at Annapolis Subaru. My wife and I are in our late 60's and the sales team profiled us as not good prospects as we drove up in our 1999 Toyota - we did Annapolis Subaru. My wife and I are in our late 60's and the sales team profiled us as not good prospects as we drove up in our 1999 Toyota - we did that on purpose to see how we would be treated. A sales person came out and looked like he drew the short straw in talking with us. I explained that we were going to buy an SUV next week and that today and tomorrow we were looking at various models to narrow our choices. I said that we had bought a Forrester from this dealership about 12 years ago and loved the vehicle. No Response - not, great that you are thinking of buying from us again, nothing. He pointed that the Forresters were up on the deck. Did not tell us his name, did not ask us for ours and we went up to the deck to browse unescorted. After about 10 minutes or so, another salesperson and he was only slightly more helpful. Never asked us our name, we had to ask for his card. Not lots of people buying cars these days and the salespeople should be better trained in not assuming that people on the lot are not serious buyers just because they are older or have an older car. This is a Thursday afternoon, not a Saturday where non serious buyers are mixed in with those looking at cars as a weekend hobby. Staff was just about no help. More
