She just turned 16 anyway!! But Travis was detail oriented!! He knew his stuff and was so bubbly and outgoing!! Was happy to help us from the moment he greeted us!! I’m so glad he was our Kia guy!! James is awesome! I went to a Toyota and Honda dealership before I stopped by Kia. All the other salesmen were so dry as if I was an inconvenience. Once I stepped out I went to a Toyota and Honda dealership before I stopped by Kia. All the other salesmen were so dry as if I was an inconvenience. Once I stepped out of my car, James greeted me full of energy and was happy to help. At that time I was looking and wasn't sure if I wanted a Kia since I was a Toyota and Honda gurl. Even without him knowing if I was buying or not he treated me as a paying customer. He went over all the features and we did a test drive. After my first experience I told him if no one ever purchase from you it's not because you didn't sell the car. I told him I would be back because of this experience. I sent James the car I wanted from a photo online. They wasn't able to get that color before the end of year but he got a color very close and it arrived a week earlier. Thanks to James I am now a Kia owner. Keep up the good work James. I'll see you for my next Kia More
