Contact our finance department and see if they would be willing to cover the cost of a new key. You can call the dealership at 512-250-2000 and ask to speak to someone in finance and they should be able to help you.

Only problem is that we were given only one key FOB and it has fallen apart 3 times now. To get a new one from Ford dealership will cost us $350, FOB, Key and programming.

Mr James Keithly, My key fell apart again, twice as a matter of fact, I called the finance dept and left a message to call me back and never heard from them, so I finally had to go get one and had to pay for it myself. I really believe that I should be reimbursed and called back from someone there at your dealership, pls if no one calls me pls contact me 512-755-3714. Thx.

Hi Mrs. Moreno, I have spoken to both our Finance and Service team about your broken key. They let me know they had not recieved any complaint about the key being broken and the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant do not recall there being an issue with the key fob at point of sale. Nonetheless, we would gladly assist you with getting another key, however we do not refund the work of another dealer as we would have covered the cost had you come to us to fix the key if it were inoperable.
