First time ever leasing a Ford. I made an appointment online for the first service. Very disappointed. My appointment was @ 10:45am ,never received help until 11:30, then had to wai I made an appointment online for the first service. Very disappointed. My appointment was @ 10:45am ,never received help until 11:30, then had to wait an hour for the shuttle and car wasn’t ready until 4 pm. After getting my car I noticed the center console is out of sync and delayed which wasn’t a problem prior to the service. I dropped back in to see if they could repair and they told me I had to make an appointment and they weren’t sure if it was fixable and sounded like an internet problem. What the what the?? Not feeling like I should ever lease a Ford again. More

Kevin Maples did not file my extended warranty paperwork for an entire year. Still has not fixed it after I confronted him about it. Getting your car serviced here is like pulling teeth, the staff drag t for an entire year. Still has not fixed it after I confronted him about it. Getting your car serviced here is like pulling teeth, the staff drag their feet and do not respect your time. The communication with this dealership is disappointing and they have no belief in karma for how many people they have wronged. More

I brought my vehicle in to Suburban Ford for service and the technician found significant issues with my vehicle. The Service Manager, Brandon took the time to personally take me to my vehicle and show me w the technician found significant issues with my vehicle.
