I have worked with Auto Aves professionaly and personaly for about 7 years and have nothing bad to say about them. I have also worked with many different people and have to say that Dan and Christian have b for about 7 years and have nothing bad to say about them. I have also worked with many different people and have to say that Dan and Christian have been the easiest and best to work with. They never act inconvenienced, they are professional but not uptight or high pressure. I refer friends, family and members to Auto Aves and I mention Dan and Christian before I recommend and other dealership or auto buying service. I never get the sleezy car salesman vibe that I get at other dealerships when I walk into Automotive Avenues. Even when I wasn't serios about buying a car they took me seriously and when I was finaly ready I drove away in a car that I absolutely love and so did my husband. More

When we closed, Christian and Kat were quick, efficient, and very understanding of our situation. They made every effort to makes things easy for us and facilitated a very smooth transaction. They handed us off to Mark in finance, and checked on us to make sure everything was still going well for us. Mark was quick, efficient, explained things well, and got us a great deal. My car broke down, and I've been looking for something new to get me from place to place. I found out about Automotive Avenues through my credit union in Lakewood. Being a 1st time buyer, it was difficult trying to find a decent interest rate without a cosigner, but Christian did everything he could to find me a great rate. When I came to pick up my car, he told me about the interest rate he was able to set me up with, and I was ecstatic! He worked really hard to help me out and I am super impressed with the results he was able to get for me. I will recommend AA to everyone I know! More

My experience with Automotive Avenues was very good. The salesman was great, actually bringing in a vehicle make and model that I was interested in buying. The service department was great when I took the car back 2 days later to have a turn signal repaired, at no cost to me. My only regret is that I didn't take more time to consider some of the "extras" such as the security etching on the windows and the extended warrantee. It is a bit discouraging to go in with $4000.00 down on a $26,000 vehicle, and still leave having financed more than $27,000. I felt quite rushed during the "closing the deal" and financing part of the transaction and so I'm experiencing a bit of "buyer's remorse." I think maybe I could have done better if I'd looked more closely at the fine print and the actual cost of these extras, which literally ate up my deposit. More

Automotive Avenues was courteous and respectful. They were not pushy and their cars were priced as marked.
