I recently purchased my BM x7. 0 at the BMW of Silver Spring. Client agent Christian Perry helped in the process. Christian helped us understand the BMW features in detail. My wife and I were looking for Range Rover as we already have a BMW. But Christian made us understand the features better. When we didn't find what we needed in the inventory, he advised us to build and order and also informed us that it won't take more than 1 month to get the BMW from the build. That was very helpful, as we stopped looking around and ordered our build. Christian helped us track the order, collect the documents, and informed us about all the activities associated with our purchase. He was very much involved like a family person in getting this deal done with a happy face. It was really wonderful experience at BMW of silver spring.
