Excellent Experience I was looking for a used pickup to help reduce some of the mileage on my regular vehicle and to be able to haul a boat/trailer and small trailer. We also, periodically, help others move, so a pickup would be handy! I did quite a bit of searching on-line and ran across a 2000 Toyota Tundra at St. Cloud Toyota. It pretty well fit my parameters in regard to price, was a little high in mileage, but otherwise filled the vehicle "desires" I had! I was a little nervous as I have not owned a Tundra, but have heard good things about them, and the vehicle had a little more rust than I was expecting. After several electronic exchanges, I had opportunity to come to the lot for a test drive. The vehicle and the people I encountered impressed me a great deal--and I took the truck home!! D'Arcy did a great job presenting the vehicle, sharing background information and convincing me it was a good, reliable truck. As I went in to talk about the vehicle, I was told it was my lucky day as the team was willing to make an offer to move the truck. I was very impressed with the straight-forward approach, honesty and transparency in working through information, willingness to share background information and reports on the truck, and the willingness to make a deal. There was never a "hard sell" approach and the entire exchange was very comfortable! I was given opportunity to test drive, to take the vehicle while I did some other errands, look at anything I wanted to see, and given good information. Conversations were relaxed and personal. D'Arcy even showed me some of his artwork as we talked and I thought about the deal! In the end, I was very, very impressed with St. Cloud Toyota--every representative with whom I worked and all the information provided! It was a great experience and I will seriously consider future vehicles from this dealership! More

Friendly and respectful. Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that we wanted to take a look at in person. Went to Toyota's main lot and was told the vehicle is at the Waite Park Auto & Saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that we wanted to take a look at in person. Went to Toyota's main lot and was told the vehicle is at the Waite Park Auto & Sport lot. Since I was unsure of where that was located, Gage led us to the lot and introduced us to Chris. Chris had Darcy bring the vehicle to the front door that we want to look at. Darcy was a treat to work with. No pressure, just a nice friendly guy that respectfully showed us what we wanted to see. Darcy offered us a deal that we found attractive and told him we will take it. All in all I was surprised at how friendly everyone at Toyota was. Absolutely no pressure and every question I had was answered. They also gave me helpful information I had not even thought of. Darcy was a treat to work with and Chris made the paper look effortless. Thanks guys, we are very pleased with the vehicle we purchased. More
