I had A oil change scheduled in the Service Department. I explained to them I was on a tight schedule They not only updated me how it was coming but got me out of there at the time they said was possible. My experience was beyond my expatiation. The communication on updates on my vehicle was awesome and providing transportation to pick up my vehicle was awesome and the service that I receive The communication on updates on my vehicle was awesome and providing transportation to pick up my vehicle was awesome and the service that I received was outstanding. Chris was great; he hooked me up with his service tech that knew about ECM reflash, and they had my truck back running in a couple hours. Great service, great communication, you can't say that about most that knew about ECM reflash, and they had my truck back running in a couple hours. Once again Chris Thompson made my life easier. While on a road trip in my 2015 Escape the skid plate came loose. A family member removed it for me in order to keep it from sustaining additional da While on a road trip in my 2015 Escape the skid plate came loose.
